Tournament registration will open on January 1, 2026.
Tournament registration closes on Saturday, February 14, 2026.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Every team must supply at least one appraiser for the tournament. This person cannot be the team manager and will not be guaranteed to watch a child's performance.
Every team must supply one two-hour volunteer for the tournament. This person will be guaranteed to watch their child's performance. This volunteer may be asked to work at the registration table, sales table, parking lot attendant or other duty needed to support the tournament.
Props can be unloaded no more than two hours before a performance and must remain in your prop storage room (not in the halls or cafeteria). Props must not be placed back into storage after a performance. There are dumpsters outside for trash and recycles or place items back in your car(s).
PIN TRADING
Bring your pin towels and get ready to trade pins throughout the day.
Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase at the tournament.
Food trucks will be at the tournament throughout the day.
Sales of pins, shirts, and other items will be ongoing throughout the day.
