The VL Murray teammates discovered DI not only teaches them how to work with other people and pay attention to directions, but it also helps them with homework. "We do it faster so we can do more DI stuff!"

"This is our first year in DI," says TM Nancy Spindel. "As a team manager we had to go to several training sessions. At one session, when we checked in, we were asked to fill out a name tag and include our 'DI challenge'”.

"Being new, I had so many questions and things that challenged me that I couldn’t think how I would put them all on my name tag! When I looked around, I realized that I had interpreted 'challenge' a little differently!"
